Job Match is a database powered service to match employers with suitable employees, quickly and efficiently. Using information technology, the internet and powerful databases, it helps employers shortlist and easily find candidates that closely match their job requirements; view their work history and credentials; schedule interviews with promising candidates at their convenience; thereby greatly reducing the time and effort it takes to find and recruit the right candidate for the job with minimum stress.
HomeEmployNG.com currently offers recruitment through the Job Match Service for three categories of employees: Maid, Driver & Tutor. With the Job Match Service, you can find the right candidate for your needs.
How it Works
After sign up, easily create an employment profile. This specifies the type of employee you are looking to hire, their work experience, the job description and other relevant terms of employment. The system automatically searches the database and sends you profiles of candidates which match your criteria. Simply shortlist, interview and hire.

Registered Employees
Registration & History Check enables the easy registration of domestic employees currently in your employ as a means to crosscheck their employment history (if they have been previously registered on the HomeEmployNG network) while registering at the same time (for future references, testimonial or blacklist). This service is particularly useful for estates and domestic employers in general. A challenge faced by employers comes from the fact that many domestic employees who leave employment badly are then re-employed by other employers with attendant risk of similar behaviour. These employees then forge their work history concealing their previous employers and conditions of disengagement. However, once an employee is registered on the network, future employers can easily use the service to obtain a confidential report of the employees authentic work history (if available). Furthermore, current employers who register their staff on the HomeEmployNG network have the means to rate, upload testimonials or blacklist such staff, thereby reducing employers’ risks of re-employing such staff or employees under false pretences in the future. It is recommended that employers take immediate advantage of the service at the time of employment or at the earliest convenient time following employment for maximum benefit.
How it works
After sign-up, simply request for the service and fill the online form. An interview date will be scheduled where the identification credentials of the employee will be captured, including but not limited to photograph, biometric data and unique government issued identification like NIN and BVN. Subsequently, a confidential report will be sent to the employer if a match is found on the HomeEmployNG database. If a match is not found, the employee will then be registered on the network. Once this process is complete, the employer can subsequently make character input on the employee record including ratings, testimonials and blacklists for serious offences (if needed).

Referral Program
HomeEmployNG.com offers a referral program for Employers. With the referral program, you can invite and refer friends and family to the HomeEmployNG network and earn cash rewards, passive earnings and subscription upgrades. Invite other employers, employees or agents to join!
How it works
- Access your referral code and URL under the Referral Network section of your account after you sign in.
- Send your unique referral URL to a new user. Send a new referral by entering the name and email address of the person you are referring, and we’ll automatically send them an invite email with everything they need to know. You can also copy your shareable link, and share your URL via email, social media, or whatever method works for you.
- The new user signs up using your referral URL.
- The new user activates their profile and subscribes to any of our paid subscription plans.
- Refer 10 users who activate their profiles and you earn a one-off free subscription to our paid subscription plans.
- You will earn 5% of any transaction revenue we receive from any user you refer. This applies to the first subscription revenue and first billable service revenue from the user.
- You can send your referral URL to as many people as you want, and there is no limit to the amount of money you can earn.
- To begin, navigate to My Referral Network section of your account after you sign in. You will be able to access your unique referral URL, see how many referrals have been sent and accepted, access your statement to see how much you have earned, how much you have been paid and any other benefits from your referral network.
